BTJA presents the Critics’ Choice Television Awards to honor the finest achievements on networks and channels big and small.
The Broadcast Television Journalists Association (BTJA) has been formed as a collective voice to represent the professional interests of those who regularly cover television for TV viewers, radio listeners and online audiences as well.
The following dates apply for the second annual CRITICS’ CHOICE TELEVISION AWARDS, honoring the finest achievement among programs airing between June 1, 2011 and May 31, 2012.
May 1, 2012– Nominating Committees begin consideration
June 1, 2012 – Nominating Committees render recommendations
June 5, 2012 – Critics’ Choice Television Awards nominees announced
June 11, 2012 – CCTA Best New Series winners announced
June 14, 2012 – Final ballots go out to the BTJA members
June 16, 2012 – Deadline for returning final ballots
The second annual Critics’ Choice Television Awards ceremony will be held on Monday, June 18, 2012, at the Beverly Hilton Hotel.
